The Indonesian Grand Prize was the second day for Tim Gajser and Jorge Prado. Under are some feedback from main riders.
Tim Gajser: “Throughout the day, I really enjoy the track. In the first motto I took the holeshot and found a little gap and dominated the competition. I had fun there and I managed to beat my first motto. In the second race I didn't have to jump out of the gate, so I could close straight away, but when they ran wide, I was able to cut inside and take another holeshot. In the fourth round and left the track, the rear tire spun in a dusty country and I had a little crash. I joined the competition again in third place, but I managed to move Jeremus immediately. I saw that Romain was riding at a really good pace, so I decided to settle down and win another. Apparently, I am still pleased with how the day went and stood Championship. ”
Jorge Prado:“ I had a big start in the first motto and good speed without pushing, but then I made a mistake at the end of the waves and hit the floor quite hard. Tom passed me and started pulling out, so I had to use a lot of energy to get him and finally I was happy with the victory. In another motto I don't know what happened when I got into the lead. I ran off the track and lost my positions to seventh. When I could finally go and pull back to another Thomas, it was a little too far away and I was at the border with my energy. In any case, it's another GP win and a great championship. I have good memories of Semarang last year, so continue. ”
Tom Viale:“ Today was very good and I felt great on the track. Fast starts again and much more happy. When Jorge fell to the first motto, I moved to the lead but started feeling a little tired after three rounds. The last five minutes were tough and Jorge left again. I tried to follow, but it was hard work! The rhythm of these competitions is very high in the first rounds, so it's important to get a good start and this is another thing that is happy this year. ”
Romain Febvre:“ It has been too lengthy once I lastly gained the competitors. It has been troublesome, and I'm questioning what I'm doing, but in the long run it is executed and I have accomplished it, however I'm still second general, and I want to win the Grand Prix. It's all the time nice to win the races, but I need to stand at the prime of the podium. It appears that evidently it has been so shut this season, but miss it slightly. I hope it's coming, and I'm wanting forward to going to Semarang subsequent weekend because I like the music there, it's a fast and nice experience, so I hope good weather, good start after which it's good. 19659002] Jeremy Seewer: "I've been really consistent this season and that is how I wanted to do. I have shown in the last GP that I am a threat to the podium, only a few small mistakes cost me here. I have had many good competitions this year and I feel good on the bike. I'm really happy with the consistency, even though I did not start the season the way I wanted. I am glad that I got on the podium here so harsh conditions, I managed to send two good results in two at a good time of the opening. I know that there are places that I can improve, and I'm going to work with them, 'but now I'm glad that I'm here and I'm happy with the way things are going. "
Thomas Kjer Olsen: I am glad with the second moto win. I used to be annoyed in my consequence at the opening competition, I do know I might have completed so much higher, but I couldn't get a very good rhythm, perhaps because I attempted to be too conservative due to the warmth. So I needed to point out what I might do in another race. I just gave every part and felt really good. I’ve an excellent start, I did some paths and continued pushing. The competitors was so totally different to me as within the first motto. GP finish with prize and prize pool is sweet. Now I’ve to rest and chill out a bit before the subsequent competitors, which I look ahead. ”
Jed Beaton:“ It's been a good GP for me. It seemed to me that Germany was a really good step in the right direction, and that I finally got things behind and the tempo I know. I kept this pace here with two stronger results. It was a tough GP, we all knew that the heat wasn't too fun, but both competitions went well for me. I am glad that it is now moving in good direction, hopefully next weekend is also another positive weekend. ”
Henry Jacobi:“ It was a very difficult day for me; I came here a little cold, I didn't feel good on the bike. Eighteen gate selection didn't help me, and I made a couple of mistakes in both races, but I really fought hard to get the two best results. ”
Adam Sterry:“ It was very hard, I pushed my body to the limits and struggled with heat. I really don't know what to say; I had a bad start on the second motto, but I ended up getting the ninth place that was an improvement on my first motto. The weather didn't help this weekend, but we have one week rest and prepare another GP in Indonesia. ”
Mitchell Harrison:“ In the first motto I fell at the beginning of Mitch Evans and I was a long way last when I grouped; The bike was damaged, my gloves were halfway, but when it was possible to go, I came back to the competition and when Prado hit me, I saw his line and it helped me. I had a big jump at the gate at the beginning, but I was cycling; I was eighth in one step, but unfortunately a few guys passed me in the last rounds. It sucks, but I rode well. I love the weather, it looks like the home and song were really unique, tricky with many routines. I enjoy it. ”
Brian Moreau:“ I had a decent start in the first race, but I couldn't go to Pichon and lost my rhythm; when I finally took him, I got the ninth, but I had no more energy in the last ten minutes. It was tough competition. I got a good start on the second motto when I came in at the first corner; I was sixth and even passed Prado, but then I couldn't push anymore because I was drained and I could just run to the end of the round and save some points. ”
Ben Watson:“ It was a difficult weekend as expected. During the qualifying competition I was ok, my mind was not so focused on pain. I was pleased with the tenth. I woke up on Sunday morning and I didn't have a good reaction after the competition on Saturday. I tried to ride warmly, but it was way too much to handle. I was putting myself too big at risk because I was able to control the wheel properly. It is disappointing to sit outside of another GP, but I have to be smart and just take it to the chin. ”
Pauls Jonass:“ I made a mistake on Saturday in the qualifying round and fell sharply on a shoulder that made the whole weekend difficult for me. It's really frustrating when I felt good on the track. I think I was lucky not to have a serious injury, but I found my shoulder hard and it made it hard – I had no power I needed for rust, brake collisions and landing jumps. But I did my best. I got a good start in the first race, then I went a bit wide in the second round. After that I couldn't push like I wanted my shoulder because of it. I made a few passports, but the eighth wasn't what I wanted. Two races were similar – I couldn't go faster. It was a bit overcome, and you get the most championship points. Stay now and I will go again next weekend. ”
Arminas Jasikonis:“ It has been my second frustrating weekend. I really wanted to improve my confidence in Indonesia, and I felt good. But again things have not gone the way I wanted them. I couldn't find the heat too bad and I felt good at the start of the second race. I got the fifth and I felt really nice there. I've fallen, not really a big accident, but I hit the ground pretty hard and it dropped me back the results. A few days to rest now and then I'll give it to the next GP. ”
Gautier Paulin:“ The weekend started well. The song was cool and really sticky, I managed to send the fastest time. In the first race I didn't get the best start and we are all really close to the speed on the track, so it was hard to leave. At one point, the guys got out and I got the seventh. The second competition was challenging because I had a small question in the observation round, so I started to get a little stressed. I had a normal start, I was third behind the corner and finally fifth, although I had a small front brake problem, but not an excuse, I felt good about the bike, so I look forward to the next round. We keep our head forward and continue to push. I really want to thank the Monster Energy Wilvo Yamaha MXGP team for all their hard work and support. ”
Arnaud Tonus:“ Exhausting Weekend. I really feel like I received a while to get used to this music and search for my rhythm. I began to seek out it, however it was just a little too late. I was sixth in the first race and then acquired an excellent begin in the second race, but even earlier than the first lap, the bike stopped, so it was unlucky. This stuff are a part of the sport they usually occur, so we transfer on to the subsequent spherical of our focus. "
Jago Geerts:" Now I'm actually good. I had a superb velocity all weekend, I felt good right here. I didn't get the most effective start on the competition weekend, however I shortly moved to the third and then I had an enormous crash and I harm myself a bit. Within the second race I used to be third in the first nook and felt actually good on the bike and monitor. I shortly took the lead and would be a part of 25 minutes earlier than the race crashed. Last Fourth. It was a very good day despite the crashes. ”
Brian Bogers:“ The day wasn't exactly what I wanted, especially the first motto. The first five or six rounds seemed okay and I rode with fast guys, but then the heat hit me really badly and I couldn't push it anymore. I felt pretty bad, so I really wanted to try harder competition for two. I really got out of the gate, and from the start I thought even harder than my first motto. I didn't want to save myself because it wasn't a good way of thinking and it seemed to work because even though I was a little tired with the heat, I could still go on. I decided on the twelfth and eighth eighth as a whole, so I'm not too bad, but I still want to do better. ”
Mitch Evans:“ Saturday was really good. I was really happy with it. Today wasn't just our day. I got stuck straight, and there was a pretty big collision, but I wasn't too hard. Then, then, I jumped a little from the track to one of the jumps. The dirt was so soft, and I just went over the bars. The bike landed for me and no, so I was pretty hard and sore. I pulled from that one and decided not to compete with another because the pain was too much. Pretty bummed. It is now four lines in a row that I have not received points. ”
Zach Pichon:“ It was a hot weekend. I had a decent start on the first motto, I struggled with heat and finished fourteen. Then I was a little disappointed after the motorcycle problems. A tough weekend, but I'm motivated to the next. ”
